                              •  Updated Zoning Commission Page
                              • Updated ULP Project Page
                                • Multiple documents for 8/1/17 Zoning Commission meeting. All new docuements are listed in Agenda and attachments above.
                                • Notice of Public Hearing for Zoning
                                  • Based on anticipated Zoning Commission action August 1, with the next regular Council meeting August 8, and to give the Council the opportunity to move forward with its consideration as early as the August 8 meeting if it desires,  a notice will be published in the Press-Citizen regarding the hearing. This same notice was also mailed to the owners of property within 200 feet of the property under consideration for rezoning. To be clear, the Council is not required to take any action on the ULP proposal at its August 8 meeting by way of voting on a proposal to change the Zoning Ordinance. But publishing and sending the notice puts the Council in a position to move forward when the Council desires – whether at the August 8 meeting, another regular monthly meeting, or a special meeting.
