  • UH Community Survey will be arriving on Oct. 22nd in U.S. mail. All residents who voted in any of the last 3 city elections will receive a survey. If a resident is no longer at the listed address the CURRENT OCCUPANT of the property may complete the survey. Surveys are anonymous but must be returned in the enclosed stamped envelope to ensure survey integrity. Returns must be postmarked by Oct. 29th, or can be hand returned to 231 Golfview Ave. (Place in mail slot in front door)
