If you see a potentially hazardous material flowing to a storm sewer, ditch, or waterway, immediately call to report this activity. Please include your name, address, telephone number, and location of the problem. You may also contact City Engineer
      Josiah Bilskemper, jbilskemper@shive-hattery.com (319) 330-2492 to report a storm water concern.
      
    • Storm Water Intake Watch: If you live near a storm water intake, please help the City by keeping it open and free of debris, or notify the city clerk of the problem: uhclerk@yahoo.com (319) 541-9230
