    • Report a Storm Water Concern: The City of University Heights Storm Water Hotline is (319) 887-6800. If you see a potentially hazardous material flowing to a storm sewer, ditch, or waterway, immediately call to report this activity. Please include your name, address, telephone number, and location of the problem. You may also contact City Engineer

    • Storm Water Intake Watch: If you live near a storm water intake, please help the City by keeping it open and free of debris, or notify the city clerk of the problem: uhclerk@yahoo.com (319) 541-9230
