Updates to University Heights website:

• Updated One University Place Information
  
• Comments to uhclerk@yahoo.com received by June 7th will be included in June 14 council packet
  
• Comments to uhclerk@yahoo.com received by July 1st will be included in July 12 council packet
  
• Jeff Maxwell has resubmitted PUD designs. Besides the electronic version below, there are six copies of the updated May 27th PUD for viewing at the city office. Citizens may veiw these copies any time a police officer is present, or you contact the mayor or any city council member to let you in.
  
  The changes made are very few and relate to items mentioned at the May city council meeting. They include:
  
  * Showing easements
  * Indicating storm water retention plans
  * Showing more notes on the building materials to be be use
  * Clarifying the height of the north building elevator penthouse
  * Changing the sidewalk nomenclature from trail to sidewalk along the north side of the site and reducing its length
  * Eliminating the duplicate page 15
