- The City must send in an amended FY2012 budget by May 31 to reflect our actual receipts and expenditures for the fiscal year. This will be approved at a budget hearing at the May 8th Council meeting. The budget is showing a decrease in our $84,000 surplus to $61,000 but we could get some additional reimbursements by June 30. These reimbursements would improve our budget surplus. -Jim Lane, Finance Committee Chair
