- MELROSE EAST Phase 1 Panel Repair
- Melrose East Phase 1 repairs begin 8/13/12. Panel repair begins near city office, 1004 Melrose. There will always be two lanes open for east-west traffic, but it will create delays as vehicles slow down traveling through the work zone. During Phase 2 and 3 (several days away yet), left-turns onto Koser will be prohibited.
